Does anyone here know where I can get the equivalent of the discontinued Shimano TL-FK40 for disassembling freehubs? There's an American chap who makes them but only ships within the US. It looks like a Polish company called Bitul used to make them, but no longer does.

Anyone used these thingies before? The ones I bought (off eBay but allegedly Dia-Compe) don't fit snugly in the barrel adjusters, thus completely failing to solve the problem they're meant to solve. I'd be grateful for any hints and tips.

I removed the bottom bracket from the '94 Rocky Ridge I'm currently working on, to discover it's a lovely UN91. It was feeling a bit gritty before I took it out, but feels smooth in the hand. Do people think it would be possible to re-use it, or is it a gonner after 27 years?

Just finished my first proper, strip-and-rebuild restoration. Managed to grab a few images before the rain started up again. The frame is far too big for me, so I won't be taking it off-road, but it makes a lovely cruiser with the 2.3" Maxxis DTHs.

I'm looking for top caps for these two 1-1/8" quill stems, they appear to be rarer than hen's teeth!
