For Sale Shimano 600 tricolor & DA7400 parts.

Hello! Are these wheels still available? I'm starting a Raleigh Road Ace rebuild that these would fit perfectly for. I'm based in Burgess Hill, just up the road!

Problems with campagnolo canti brake pads/blocks - dont work

Re: If the pads are original they’ll be hard now. I had the same problem with NOS XT blocks on a U-brake with a Mavic M7CD rim. They literally had no effect.

    Gianni Motta MTB

Re: It looked like a Cinelli - a model called ottomilainsu or something like that. My LBS had one in about 1989.

    Educate me on U Brakes

Re: My first MTB had them. They are pretty powerful, but that’s often negated by them bending the frame instead of stopping the wheel. They’re super fussy on straddle length and as the blocks wear you have to adjust the straddle and the blocks to keep them aligned or they eat your tyre. The...

Mavic Crossride, XT 9-Speed, Brake Levers

Re: Hi - I think the FD max is 44, with a 22 tooth capacity. 770 and 772 can do 48, but not 771.

Mavic Crossride, XT 9-Speed, Brake Levers

Selling some of the bits from my M-Trax Mavic Crossride UB for rim brakes. Shimano freehub. These have done less than 50 miles and are essentially brand new. No longer available, might be a last chance to get a set of new factory wheels for rim brakes. £150 for the pair. Deore XT M740 Brake...

    19" M-Trax Titanium Frame - KARMA

Hi - I had no bites for my complete M-Trax Ti-1000, so I've split it and will sell or re-use the parts. It's a 19" (large) frame for rim brakes, with 2 Titanium tubes, the rest is cro-moly. The frame is bonded. It's modern enough to have a 1 1/8th headtube and a threadless headset and works...

    M-Trax Titanium 1000 - XT, SID, Hope, 19"

Re: Re: I'll have an audit of my tyre garden! My new bike is a 29er so I won't need a massive pile of 26" tyres hanging up to get in my face every time I extract the lawnmower. The Porcupines are the fairly recent remake, not an original 90's pair. I'll put the tyres up as a separate listing.

    M-Trax Titanium 1000 - XT, SID, Hope, 19"

I'm selling my M-Trax Ti-1000. I'll offer it on here for a week and if no takers I'll break for parts and sell individually. Space is limited and I have a new bike on the way, hence the sale. It's a 1995 frame, but I bought it NOS a decade later from the estate of a Raleigh dealer who has...

    1995 Raleigh M-Trax Ti-1000

Hello! I'm looking for a valuation for my M-Trax. It's a 1995 Titanium main tubes frame which I bought NOS from the estate of a Raleigh dealer who had passed away. I built it up in about 2004 with brand new 9-speed XT throughout (including parralellogram V-brakes) and SID Race forks. The...

    1986 Specialized Stumpjumper

    Oldest mountain bike in UK?

Re: I think your timing is slightly off - 1989 is too late. When I bought my first mountain bike in 1987 I could afford a 531 Raleigh, a Muddy Fox Courier or a Rockhopper (just). Stumpjumpers were in the shops, but out of my price range. I think the YHA shop was 1988 - I remember looking at a...
