Re: Sorry, it doesn't come with a headset. I have two titanium quill stems available in different lengths. If you are interested I'll dig them out and measure the lengths. What chainset are you planning to fit? You'd need to need to know this before selecting the BB taper and axle length.

Re: Hi, Rear spacing is 130mm and I've been using it with 10sp Campagnolo for years. The only catch is that there might not be room on the drop-out for a 13t or 14t sprocket but it certainly works fine with my 10sp 11-25 record cassette. Before that I had 9sp Ultegra on it which was also fine...
