Looks like someone has already found you some toeclips! I think you could get away with yellow toeclips and black straps or vice-versa. I think yellow straps and toe clips could be a bit much. The gun metal Suntour vs. the fluro/neon yellow looks amazing. Also love the patinated parts vs. the new paint. That saddle would clean up nicely too. That's if you wanted as I know it's come from a special place so you want to leave it as it.
Again another spectacular build from you!

Agreed on the toe clip combo being too much, I may plummit for the clips with black straps as you've suggested.
I was looking for a rolls saddle in fluro yellow, I know they exist but the turbo looks good, comfy and yes a bit of sentimentality....
