Well, after a bit of a marathon effort on (enigma) Bens 3 forks with a really pleasing and successful outcome including changing a pressed-in steerer, here is the next build for another cherished customer: an Airforce 2 with a 1” steerer

I should point out that the square RC50XC box is a little yellowed and has a couple of cracks so is a bit fragile!

Cracking caused by over tightening of Hope disc mount on rear lower of carbon probably. Very common, and yes I may have a good replacement but would need to check👍

Wow, that is a long steerer, not sure Peter does a threaded longer than 240, but then I have never been asked for one. The ahead steerers are 300mm I think.
