    Cracking caused by over tightening of Hope disc mount on rear lower of carbon probably. Very common, and yes I may have a good replacement but would need to check👍

    Wow, that is a long steerer, not sure Peter does a threaded longer than 240, but then I have never been asked for one. The ahead steerers are 300mm I think.

    Cool, threaded steerers available in 3 lengths: 180mm 210mm 240mm That is the actual length of the steerer. They all have approx. 50mm thread and the circlip in the groove at the base. Allow approx 30mm for depth of crown + headset stack height + head tube length = steerer length. Fine...
