Some simplex mechs require a dedicated hanger. Not sure if they can be adapted for standard hangers

The grub screws are the spring tension adjusters, easiest is to back them both off, loosen the bolt that clamps Tje caliper to the frame, centre, and retighten. See how they work, and adjust tension on each side as required , just enough so that they are equal, with the minimum setting so that...

That looks in great condition and still very original! Not sure it's a 21" frame though? The HT is shorter than on my 19"... The "21" on the ST I think refers to the number of gears, not the size. I'd measure and make sure!

I had one of these BITD, exact same colour but branded as Zeus as it was sold in Spain. It was a warranty replacement for the first one that was a little less colourful! Cracked at the rear drive side chainstay vent hole :(
