I didn't know that those frames were made under license by GT, it looks like a titanium frame to me because of the colour.

That is an amazing transformation of a lovely Trek bike. I remember seeing them in the shop (Mike Vaughan) in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

And to round this project off I have added some finishing touches like chromed dust caps for the cranks, a couple of cable ties to keep the shark fin secured to the frame and bottle cage bolts.
Most of the dust caps I found are usually badly scratched and the little holes tend to get damaged...
I don't have any garage queens and £100+ is a big ask for non branded tyres considering I paid a lot less for my Panaracers and Ritcheys (both originals) combined!

I think this frame's condition is going to put a lot off people off, even if it was cheaper, to be honest!
Especially for people who would otherwise not balk at spending that kind of money!
