disc mounts on to a retro frame? am i out of order?

I've done a few It suddenly makes the bikes cool and desirable in staff if hanging on a hook looking like the owner has got too old to cycle🤣 I don't get much retro abuse for it, but the new owners drop in to say how brilliant they are😍 You'd need an inch and an eighth fit head tube though...

Help please... canti boss issue driving me insane

Love the Relic status Although I would only consider the rider a Relic if they're a couple of times older than your Dale.😉 We were trying to source a replacement fork for a 5 year old s-works - the specialized warranty agent laughed at me and said: " that fork is three iterations old" 🤯

Help please... canti boss issue driving me insane

Not-having-discs is the definition of retro nowdays, and even then, if you look in the mtb section, seems discs are ok as long a your wheels aren't 27.5🤣

    Thick as Thieves

An additional benefit of this style of lock is extra "reach" in a 4wdConfrontation style situation, if you know what I mean. You can swiftly reduce excess 4wd width by "mirror removal from a safe distance" and although safety goggles and a secure exit path are as necessary as chainsaw...

    Retro bikes we've spotted

Maybe the stem, if it isn't 21mm. And the little roller for the rear brake cable - not because its worth anything, but it has a certain functional charm. The rest is better recycled.

    Campagnolo Record Headset Creak

If it's cleaned up and working ok that's what you want. Get Riding👍 but if there's wear in the straight ahead position, you can rotate the cups to reduce it, but ideally you'd replace the headset.

    Scott bars had it?

Always surprises me how rarely we see broken bars without evidence of prior crash - but that sensation of a handlebar breaking when riding is never forgotten😬 With motor vehicles, driver error is around 95%, mechanical failure 5% Retrobikers is probably no different. In Bristol, a deliveroo...

    Spotted on the street

Looks like it was chucked together on the hearth by a major concern, and badged up for HP?
