I have this ritchey stem thats been laying around for may years, but i can't find it in any catalog. Look's 80' to me but i have no real clue... anyone knows?

Ritchey has produced quite some variants of stems. Some with have a symmetrical clamp, like in the upper right corner in 1989 catalog, and the FD ones with clamp at the underside of the bar, black or polished, and also TIG-welded or Filet brazed. You seem to have one of the nicer fillet brazed ones , shown at the picture in the middle of the right side:

It's a fillet brazed stem. I would guess a high end stem maybe welded by Ritchey himself. Maybe.
