These are x2 photos of the Roberts/Peugeot which I own which I know has 753 tubing. In the thread when it was owned by another RBer it was mentioned that tyre clearance is very poor due to not being able to bend/crimp the stays easily.
Looks like a low end gas pipe special - I know Univega did some Routen / Univega ones. There are a couple of lower end ones in the catalogue here perhaps this is one ?One currently in leboncoin: https://www.leboncoin.fr/ad/velos/1966390623
I was not even aware of the Routens brand. I mean I know of the legendary rando Routens but I don't believe they are related?Looks like a low end gas pipe special - I know Univega did some Routen / Univega ones. There are a couple of lower end ones in the catalogue here perhaps this is one ?
I’ve never seen the high quality ones in the catalogue anywhere ever
I’d like you heard of and seen the Rando’s - these are the same frame builders and marqueI was not even aware of the Routens brand. I mean I know of the legendary rando Routens but I don't believe they are related?
Anyhow they look very sophisticated tubing wise and welding wise too.
I am curious to see if anyone will come up with a build thread in the future. I would love to see one in flesh too. The pink one in the pictures you posted in Columbus Altec is pretty up there.
