Yep looks similar to the 872 but slightly different
Can’t seem to find this model though

Not Avid tri-align either as they have two bolts on the clamp for brake pad

For what crankset is this RockRing for? It's for BCD 94 5-bolt, but for a crank that has one bolt behind the crankarm Photo 1. I do not understand, as The Shimano BCD 94 cranks have two bolts near the crankarm (Rockring photo2 from internet)

it's for Sugino-produced cranks, e.g. their own Impel etc.

but also stuff they have done for others.

Edit, also the Specialized Strongarm compact 5 arm have that layout, i think some other brands too, maybe all produced by Sugino.
