The welds on mine are not that pretty but I love that bike nonetheless.

the tube welds look like machine welds, they are so consistent. only when you look at the gusset welds do they start to look hand done as they are a straight run and the tail is a bit hot. You can even see the start and overlap of the finish on the head to top tube, almost perfect puddle overlap of a few mm but not complete.

beautiful bit of work by a very competent welder who isn't trying to "stack dimes".
