Is the bottom pic a stock bike, no front mudguard? What is the history behind this rather interesting photo?Before and after, 1941 Cleveland Welding Company. CWC is my favorite brand of antique cruiser, something about their signature curved chainstays really does it for me.

No, thats the finished product at the end of the big RatRodBikes summer build contest. CWCs are pretty tricky, they didn't really have a "spec", parts were always changing.
