*New* Vintage Bike Dilemma - Please Help

Retro Newbie
Looking to spice things up and get myself a 90s rigid steel or TI mountain bike to ride some of the single track trails by my house, no huge jumps or anything crazy obviously. So currently looking at 3 options,

First and the cheapest, also the easiest to source locally is the 1994 Marin Pine Mountain, cheap, decent condition, will need some minor upgrades. '

Second is the 1992 Marin Team Ti, has a suspension fork which will need to be replaced, but all the components on it are top notch. This will be shipped and will be a slight pain in the ass to go pick up

Third is the 1990 Bridgestone MB 0 Zip the most expensive option, completely stock and the most expensive option but will be shipped to my door.

Which one out of all of these will be the funnest to ride? My daily rider is a 2002 Titanium Litespeed setup to go fast. I am looking for lively, snappy, step on the pedals to sprint type ride. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would be selecting the MB-0.

They are beautifully made frames. Completely stock is a serious bonus (suspect you will need new cables and possibly tires/tubes, maybe brake pads).

As you already own Ti, why not a legendary steel frame from days gone by?

Have photos of said candidates you can post?

Just my two cents.

What are the chances the MB Zip frame cracks riding trails at 160lbs/72kg?

The Marin Team Ti was designed for racing. Of its time it was cutting edge tech. Based on your desired riding characteristics it would be the closest match. The other two are good choices but I would go the extra mile / hassle for ti every day of the week. That said I don't disagree with anything that has already been said and ultimately it is your preference but all 3 are different animals and not directly comparable.

Design classic. High quality frame; well made, great steel, designed by Grant Petersen, light and fast, looks like a proper mountain bike, scarce, desirable.
