Here's a local chap who builds his own choppers according to his own designs -- does all the welding (including all those decorative touches) and brings his creations into town every Saturday.

"Prototype Chris Craft .. As far as I can find, they never built/sold these, so I made it into my own version. Woody's fenders built the hardwood fenders, rack deck and chain guard, based on the patterns I sent."

I personally love the flipped Deerhead shifter paired with the XTR derailleur. In case you didn't know, Chris Craft is a brand of vintage boat, they made exquisite wooden luxury speedboats
