That's quite the stackage on that steer tube. I had a similar setup on a RM Titanium, but was so paranoid about cracking the frame that I sold it.

I checked with the previous owner about the Yo Betty and it appears that the extra small size was readily available back in the day and was a friends wife’s bike before it was built for his son. I joined the Fat City group on FB and there before my eyes was a red Yo Betty in the same size. Unfettered and in decent nick. Every fibre of my being wants it.I've just put an AMP on a P7 frame and they're just sub-zero levels of cool.
A frame that small has to have a back-story as it's super dinky!
