I believe and am sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, that is an A-Pro logo. Taiwanese factory that made frames for loads of different companies so not much help. You should be able to find a new hanger from Betd or Wheels Manufacturing among others. You could run an M10x1mm tap through it from the back, but I'd just get a fresh one.

Just on the off chance, these are fitted to my 2008 Giant Halfway and are original equipment by Alhonga.
They look like Delta brakes but dont seem to be totally and a reseller in Germany called them U brakes which they dont seem to fit as either.
I forgot Giant call them Cantilever brakes on their blurb

Any information would be appreciated more as a curiosity.

Not sure this has its own name in English.
The French had a lot of brakes that work like this, usually fitted to frame bosses rather than as a caliper, on randonneurs and transport bikes.
They don't have as many words as us though

Looks like it operates similar to Roller Cam, but posts through slots in the plate as opposed to the roller action

I don't know if there's an English phrase for those sort of brakes either. As you say there were quite a few different manufacturers offering similar brakes.
