Mystery and Unidentified Parts

Well that's interesting. Thanks for that šŸ‘. They came on a donor bike I bought for a Late 90s Zaskar build (because it had some green Marzocchi Z2s and a matching stem along with a bit of XTR). I may end up using them on the bike now I know they are decent.

I have this HL Corp seatpost from 1994, has a dial that allows tilt adjustment. Does this seatpost have a model name? Is it a Taiwan imitation of another early 90s brand seatpost? It looks to be quality.

HL (sometimes also called Hsin Lung) was and is producing bike parts from many brands.
E.g. Wheeler Ultrax parts had been at least in the 90ties by HL.
HL has also the own brand Zoom.
And actually there is a Zoom labled seat post with same design

just not sure if same design was also used for other brands.

hey, would anyone be able to recognise the brand of the frame by this logo on the hanger? also, is the hanger a write-off due to the messed threads, or possibly salvageable? any help appreciated. thanks!

From memory that looks like A-Pro but they made frames for lots of people so doesn't narrow it down at all. You could no doubt get a new hanger with a bit of investigating to see what it actually is. Or you could have it helicoiled or a frame saver fitted, but not worth the hassle if you can get a new hanger.
