OK, 62cm is about what I currently ride - 64cm sounds a stretch - but I’m 6’4” and haven’t had an issue with a bike that’s too big before.

I'm two inches shorter than you and would ride this - though I might look for a slightly shorter stem. Its a bargain for the money so what's to lose eh?

Its a PF10 model, right? I can't see it in the UK brochure for 1980 but I believe its in the French and German catalogues. There seems to be a lot of variation in specs, sometimes with centrepulls, sometimes Peugeot branded Simplex mechs and sometimes Simplex branded. Well worth £60 anyway.
