Perfect for pop to the shops bike, bolt on wheels, high front end, and pretty much bombproof... Shimano AT50 brakes, Weinmann rims with Malliard hubs, Suntour gears, probably a Stronglight chainset too.

I prefer one Ben Franklin's method of tenderizing... What's good for Turkey is good for Eagle (less of the Falconry though). I guess that'd be classed as arc welding though not brazing (braising?)

I'd rock that as my going the shop bike 100%
