Anyone had an invoice arrive via email claiming a parcel could not be delivered, with the correct tracking number in the email, and a link to the evri website which then shows it as having been delivered?
I'm a bit foxed by this as I know the parcel has been delivered. The buyer confirmed it, and evri's own tracking information confirms it. Yet I'm being invoiced for £10.80 because the courier couldn't deliver it, yet he/she did - wtf?
The email looks professional, the grammar and spelling is good. The email address looks legit, but the claim in the email is false. Am I missing something, or is this a scam?
