Ok bit of an update,

I won an auction for a Gt team avalanche with a 90% complete m900 group, and the seller included the original 2X4 fork (it was a 91, painted as a 92)

It would have been too far for me too, but fortunately I have been working about an hours drive from the seller

Yes it’s a 1990 one Canadian made, as all the 1990 one’s were, it’s a 20” frame so it’s right for me too use.

Few parts put on today, ordered a black threaded headset today and the correct size seat post (29.8mm)

Obviously still a good way too go yet but getting there (slowly)
