Zaskar LE 1995 Question

Can anyone tell me what BB type/size is suitable for a Zaskar LE 1995 (meassured around 70mm so BSA68 or BSA73)? It has a square-drive BB at the moment but since I would like to go XTR-cranks "9-speed Mega Drive" I believe I will have to change BB to one with Octalink? But of course it needs to have the correct threads and width (present BB is roughly 110mm from "axle-end to axle-end")? Another question, are the threadings in the frame regular on both sides but different tools for R and L? The tool that fits on the drive side does not fit the other side...

I have an original 95 LE but I haven't taken that apart or measured it. Can you take that one out and measure it?

Should be regular 68mm, Octalink.. I was never a fan.
Is the 95X XTR Octalink?

The tool should fit on both ends. Must be something scewed or thread busted.

m950 is octalink.

There are indeed different tools for BB. BBT-32 is very sligtly bigger in diameter and with very sligjtly differently spaced teeth compared to BBT-22. BBT-22 will probably fit?
