Whats your favorite early 90's suspension fork

It's a seven year old thread, but as someone with very limited experience of suspension forks considering buying one I would be very interested to see some more input.

Yeah, good reading. But for asking old posters forks to sell… I just pointed a better direction.

Manitou 3 or 4. The earlier ones aren’t as plush. But they all are precise. and Early rockshox are like cooked pasta. You might as well leave the stem loose

Mag 21 for me First around 1993 and close in second Manitou 2

mag21s are early rockshox.. that design has very limited torsional stiffness.

Early '90's the 21SL is a great feeling fork. Mid '90's then Judy's or Girvin were my favourite.

Suntour, SR Duotrack 9001 this was my first suspension fork pretty well made and quite light.
Adjustable preload and tuneable elastomer stack, anyone remember these?

All the Suntour forks I can remember were on much later budget bikes

Thats the one, bought in about 1995 from Evans cycles for about £50, i think full retail was £200 ish fitted on my Raleigh Mtrax
only had about 30mm travel but looked the dogs..
