A park tools pizza cutter. find the later one which is one piece plastic moulded and not the see-thru one

they do a bbq spatula set as well.

you can get them from Evans cycles, and lots of others. the see-thru ones aren't as hardy as the later ones

Sadly the Park loo paper dispenser seems to have been discontinued.

Get him a handlebar mounted helicopter. Let me know if you find them, i have been looking for ages (not there now i can buy one!). The propellor spins when you go.
It was suggested to me that you could just buy a toy plane and manufacture a mount for it from a reflector or such.

Or a fliz.

Oh, a toy helicopter....I see. I'm disappointed now, I was half-expecting some sort of Q Branch gadgetry that allowed your bike to fly.
