Strange fork steerer set up but at least its long enough!

Sorry collection only either from South wales 2 mins off M4 or Forest of Dean

Interesting! Might be a bit small for me. Would you be able to measure from top of steerer to ground? Also there should be a number on the underside of the bottom bracket: that might help because it should give the size. My guess is that this is a size 537L.
Finally there is not way I can collect and the bike( if right size) needs to go to Yorkshire.
