Black, 140x15 degree rise, 25.4 clamp (internal wedge style), 1 1/8 steerer.
Was new (weren't most things at some point) when fitted to my dynatech build. I rode the bike round my local park to check gears etc, and that's all the use it got in that guise. It remained in my cosy garage for a while (I had other builds and riders) and recently I rebuilt the bike with much blue anno at which point I swapped the stem out for a blue hope xc.
So while not NOS, almost as good as. No marks or signs of use, as minty as a polo floating downstream on a river of mouthwash in an after eight raft, using mint matchmakers as paddles.
