I have a Mercian "Lady Mercia" mixte frame for sale. It's a 1986, but has been stored for 25 years, and hardly used. First class original condition. Anyone have any ideas on value?

I have a Dawes Fat Chance that I'm thinking of selling - but I've not seen any previously sold - so have no idea of value. I bought it new back in the late 80's (probably 1987). Considering its age, it's in great condition - still very rideable. I'm thinking of just sticking a £100 tag on it - but due to vintage of the bike, I'm thinking it might be worth more.
Anyone seen another of these for sale - could it be worth more ?

Can anyone give me a realistic value of what my late 1980’s Soecialized Allez is worth if I put it up for sale? It’s in good condition but no longer used so just collecting dust and cobwebs now!
