Now that I have the frame I can provide a little more detail.
It has a welded canti brace on the seat stays.
The brake cable mounts are mounted on the right side of the top tube
The middle of the three brake mounts is straight through suggesting desigbed for magura brakes
The frame material decal is seriously faded so I can't read it. It's a silver foil decal with the only discernable wording "...frame tubes" annoyingly.
The e-stay to seat tube join has an oval plate.
Drop outs are stamped saracen.
There are bottle bosses on the underside of the down tube bear the bb.
There appears to be a boss for a front mech cable roller (or perhaps it's a rack or mudguard mount as there are also bosses on the seat stays).
