Tandem Cotter Pin Crankset

Pictures could help. Is it a traditional retro tandem? Could have the drive chains on the same side or crossover. I always ran ours with the drive straight through from the front.
Or do you mean you want the long axle?

its one of these. I need to find a double cotter pin crankset for the rear. or if thats not going to happen i need to have 1 crank on the left, front and back and a second on the right at the rear.

From what I can see you have a classy competition tandem, early post war, with Chater-Lea tandem chainset. The right rear crank was a standard CL crank with an alloy adaptor to carry the inner ring. What is the problem or the breakage? Perhaps a close up pic could help.

Hi there. The problem im having is finding such a crank set. My local bike shop tell me there made of pure unobtainium. very frustrating

I assumed the picture was of your own problem. Could you show us what you actually have, so that we can perhaps offer some help.
