Stupid question...how could I vote???

It's probably a stupid question, but...how can I vote in the BOTM and BOTY contests?.... I can't find a way to cast my votes.... Is it just a coincidence that every time I enter, they are closed voting? Or is it necessary to meet any requirement to be able to vote?

The vote usually runs for the first week of the following month mate. You can’t vote outside that period.
