SPINERGY REV X FREEHUB REPLACEMENT (m750 shimano)

I'm about to buy a pairs of Rev-x's with a 9 speed campy cassette. I want to run an 8 speed Shimano cassette (hyperglide). will this be at all possible?

An update. Its not possible to run a Shimano freehub on a Spinergy Rev X Campagnolo wheel. The pawl system is different.
I can give photos if anyone wants them.

I have a wheel with a Shimano hub that I'd swop...
