Wanted Small 26" bike/frame

I'm looking for a small bike for my 11 year old daughter. She's had a BSO apollo thing for a while now and it's crap. Weighs more than the house and just doesn't work very well.
Looking for something lightish. Either disc or rim brakes.

I did similar when my kids were younger only it was a 14" cindercone. I did swap out the 175 triple cranks for something much shorter (stronglight impact kids) and also set it as a 1 x 8 with a gripshift type changer. Youngest is 16 now and is still riding it, though in reality she could probably fit an 18" frame now. It built up so much lighter than buying something from the local bike shop.
