I've just seen these - I assume these would work along with his titanium internally threaded axle (which he appears not to have currently for sale).

Ah the temptation of pimpy ti parts is strong but on an ss with a slipping rear wheel I’d go for steel nuts, Ti is just to easy to round when you’re trying to crank it down tight.
