Shipping a frame - US to Germany

Good morning gentlemen,

I‘d like to buy a frame that is currently residing in the US ,Pikes Peak area, and it would need to be shipped to Germany.
The seller is not on this site and seems to have no experience shipping goods internationally.

I am not looking for fast transit but rather cheap and safe.

Any tips?
