Il be in a Mitsubishi Outlander and have a small 2man pop up tent.
I wont be getting there till Saturday morning, most likely around 9.30 - 10.

It would be cool if I could be with in a couple of minute walk of party central. Il drive round till I see someone I recognize.

Nice one Steve ^^ .. I've just spent the evening laying the poles for the RB Marquee that I picked up from John and its gonna take a team effort to build the thing as its super chunky

I'm only bringing a Focus estate, if its just me i will kip in that.
If the mrs comes i will probably end up overnighting offsight.
I feel i should add....you could plan this to the moon and back and it still might not work....well done for trying though!!!

As for planning... I’m simply working out the space needed for all the vehicles known to be coming and a number of known tents/gazebos.

If it’s not worked out and not cordoned off - HOW THAT’S ACHIEVED IS ANOTHER MATTER - to accommodate this quantity of vehicles then there is no chance it can happen.

I’ll spend some time drawing the addition al cars and vans to scale tomorrow. Then we’ll be clearer.

Thanks for all your attention and patience.

And to reiterate for the sixth time, this drawing is not putting anyone in a set position it’s just working out how much area is needed. Then, on the day, anyone can go wherever they like within our area which we need to cordon off.
