Rehydration- What do you use?

I'll use MaxiMuscle ViperBoost or ViperActive - and they work a treat for me.
I've always suffered from cramp - even as a teenager playing hockey - and "just" water doesn't work for me.

The Maximuscle stuff is also available in tube/tablet form and sachet for topping up on the ride.
I've just got back from a hot 30deg ride of 70km - not even a hint of cramp. 1.5l of weak ViperBoost on the way out - topped up with a sachet of ViperActive and 1.5l for the way back.

I read summat that if you're riding hard - you should drink 500ml per hour.
Having fecked up my eating and hydration on the Isle of Man End2End first time out - I know how hard it can make it.
Last year on the End2End - my hydration and scoff plan worked great - 500ml and a gel or bar every hour.
