Sorted Rear derailleur hanger

Or is it a "Rear mech frame adapter"?
You know what I mean.
I have a 70s frame that lost its derailleur long before I got it, and I'd like to put another rear mech on it (standard thread, Shimano).
It would be nice if the hanger could have a good-looking, shiny appearance (or could be restored to a shiny appearance).
I know the paint (and the bike) look ugly for the time being, but a respray is planned.

That's a first step, as it looks too modern and too black, but at least it would allow me to attach a rear mech.
