Measured the tube with my calipers and it's 29 mm diameter. There was a shim in when I got it, which says 27.2 to ??? (rubbed off unfortunately). At least I have a 27.2 post in my box.
Just noticed some digits stamped on the top of the square bridge section, again over painted so can't.be 100% but looks like H119115. Points to a 91 frame I guess but the Saracen serial numbers are a bIt random by all accounts.
