Help ID this frame

Looking for help to ID this steel frame. It’s got ritchey dropouts and have taken pictures of the most prominent features of the frame. Seems to be TIG welded and decals on the top part of the Downtube that have been removed but still with some remnants that I still cannot make out.

It was acquired from Italy, but obviously it should not be of any major bias as to its origin.

Try rubbing a very fine pencil over some nice thin paper over that decal - you never know, it might reveal something!

Otherwise, it's a (non-ally) Zaskar!

We used to buy frames a lot like this from Greyville enterprises iirc mid 90s - unbranded, so you could put your own brand on. RRP 250.
When they stopped offering them, we sourced them from Casa Masferrer (aka Massi?)in Spain iirc up to about 2000
Available painted silver or nickel plated fur a few more£
Tange mtb tubes with v ritchey drops.
This sort of quality would cost 600+ now

They were probably using the same supplier as greyville and CM - they certainly looked the same at the time
At the time I thought Casa Masferrer was importing them from Taiwan and other european brands were buying them off CM.
