Hi all,

Merry Christmas!

Got a mystery (to me..) steel frame I'd like to have ID'd, please :D

☆ 1 1/8" headtube
☆ 29.4 seattube diameter
☆ Seat stay U brake
☆ Top tube changes shape from 'vertically ovalized' to 'horizontally ovalized'
☆ 68mm BB shell w/ cable guide
☆ Bottom pull front mech
☆ Red sparkle paint (frame is the same color as the forks, but was repainted black)
☆ Front forks decal reads 'Actionline' on both legs

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Sprockhampton Model 6, 'Wombat Sniffer', not to be confused with the model 5 'Unusual Rash', different model altogether

Well, its not very exciting is it, looks to have been left in a hedge for many years, its looks to be Tig welded, a bit dull in the finishing (no fancy seat collar or braze-ons), mounts for racks & guards so not an out and out race frame leaving the only mildly interesting part - the lower stays are reminiscent of Columbus Max stays

But thats it.

Apollo Frenzy?

Mornington Crescent Cycles 'Batshit Crazy'?

Farrow & Ball 'Elephants Breath'?

Whiffle & Sons 'Country Boy SIS'

Gammon Cycles & Co 'Cyclist with the Red Face'

Any idea if the fork is original? The "Actionline" decal points to Batavus MTB I believe.

Perhaps?
