Started to build it up this evening but had a few little hiccups along the way.

The first was the Campagnolo Record headset, which fits in the frame great but I can't get the top race to sit right.



Needless to say I carried on as I wanted to make something that resembled a bike, so I fitted the re-chromed Pace RC30s and the NOS M737 brakes:



Plus a few over nice bits:









The bars are purely on there for show at the moment and will have to come off so that I can sort the headset.

I've got one but I'm undecided about fitting it as in my opinion it doesn't really match the colour scheme of the bike and it's not like I'm restoring it as per the catalogue.

Wouldn't be my choice of colour but I do admire the quality of the build.

Looking good, the blue fade paint us unusual, but cool

I think the decal should be for "Tange Ultimate Superlight MTB" tubing.

My own Prestige rebuild is dawdling along slowly, and uncannily I have also fitted Pace RC30's and a Campag Record a headset
