Go with the GT hubs, ti frame needs ceramic coat Mavic rims so 217/517 etc for sure.

I agree, a good custom built wheel set looks far better on bikes of this era, they just look cleaner.

I might go with the GT hubset, a GT frame should look nice with matching hubs
and they make a good trio with the titanium bottom bracket. I hope it has the
right axis length (122.5mm -is that OK for MORATI cranks? It fits Syncros Revolution
soI guess it should fit fine.
