Need help identifying some Campagnolo Hubs PLEASE.........

Campy Hubs

Agreed, it looks very nice.

Already pulled the trigger on the Victory though.....

Front Mech, Rear Mech, Levers and cable for £90 delivered from Italy.

Crankset from USA NOS for £70 delivered.

Headset, seatpost, brakes and levers are as per Scapin brochure for 1983 which are Cambi Rino headset (cheap campy copy), Rino seatpost and Modolo Sporting Levers and Calipers. Again all new old stock.

That lot cost £370 plus £80 for Frame and Forks and £150 for a pair of Mavic Open 4 CD 36h with Victory Hubs and skewers.

So all told cost is at £600 and I still need bottom bracket, freewheel and chain!

I know I could have got a better bike cheaper or better parts but as the frame is getting resprayed and forks rechromed I preferred new old stock kit.

Any ideas on bottom bracket as victory requires a 109mm bb and I dont know much about this area?

Can I use any square taper bb and would a 111mm make much difference?

Nigel at campy oldy has a Record Pista BB for £70 in 109mm so I might get that but would a normal square taper bb be ok instead?

Lastly anyone know any good places for restoration of frame and forks?

I have Scapin and Columbus decals ready to hand also.

Thanks
