My Mystery Bike...

the more I look at it, the more I like it.. I've been a steel hardtail evangelist for so long, this is well out of my comfort zone- maybe a good thing! The best bit is that because the paint's all been stripped I can have it any colour I like (or ball burnished :) )

You need to register, set up a Nochex account and verify it, but amongst all the dross there are bargains to be had. Beware though, you're buying blind- there's usually hidden faults not described, such as my non working brake and knackered crank. You may also have to travel- my bike was a 350 mile round trip, but luckily I managed to slot other stuff in around it.

If you do fancy flogging off the brakes.I do love a challenge :D
[C2 with pro levers]
I'm gonna have a go at repairing them first- can't be too hard
If I decide to split it, I'll let you know!
