Ya, it´s light for that time. My Axis R was under 12 kg originally, i added a few things so it is at maybe 13 kg. Still pretty ok, i guess.
Compared to the aluminium-framed GT Avalanche i had before, i don´t feel much of a difference driving them. The Axis-frame is also quite stiff....
