I know most of us have been to Mayhem before, on 'another forum' there is a request for a 'first timer' list of things to take, I figured it out for myself last year, but JIC it's useful, here's one I pinched

Not a big fan of Energy gels/drinks. I find G and T provides all the body needs, plus it numbs the pain

What do we ( as a collective ) need to bring .i'll fetch my big sledge hammer for knocking any big stakes in etc in if intoxicated enough a bit of highland game hammer throwing ,I'll also fetch some ropes just incase any gazebo's or a drunken grannygrinder needs tying down ,lol

After my first (and last lap) at "that" Mayhem (last one at Eastnor), oxygen should have been on the list, to be honest, someone shouting "in - out" wouldn't have been wasted on me at some points of the lap.

Didn't know there was a bike list, but I will be bringing a 1994 Overburys and either a 1989 Orbit or 1998 Orange P7, depending on the weather forecast!
