Seems not a lot on the competitive aspect of Retrobike for 2024 what with MM not seeming to be happening. So I get sent an advert for Glentress 7 possibly because I did do one some time ago and crashed out on lap 2 or 3 in solo category due to lack of fitness, talent and a suitable bike (Raleigh "Craptivator 2" should never be raced
). Anyhoo maybe Retrobike might like to give it a go, teams of 2 or 3 or even solo category, as many laps as can be done in 7 hours. New course, rideable for most who can at least handle blue and red grade trails with avoidable drop offs and short techy sections. Do the event one day and then go ride some other trails day after. Several campsites in area. Just an idea, look it up on Internet, see what you think. It would be good to see some of the Retrobike crew having a laugh together. Possibly theme it toward retro full bouncer bikes as Glentress can be a bit rocky and rooty
