Marin Team Titanium 1990! Fixable?

There is a lovely Team Titanium, 1990, one Ebay (eBay item number:304926485495) is it mendable, given there are cracks on both sides of top tube near the seat post. I'm tempted but....it's a lot to but for wall art (well mtb artwork!)

As a young teen, this frame was always on my dream list.

Not to put a dampener on things, and sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs, but wanting to make you aware, this won't be a cheap repair job if done properly. Welding titanium takes a specific skill and a very clean environment to execute. I personally don't know who could do this in the UK, not to say there aren't options out there. Perhaps speak to Litespeed?

There is a build on here where a Ti frame is being re-welded.
It's not easy and won't be as clean as you'd like. (or cheap)
